A quiet Wednesday

I woke with a sore throat today that I still have now, although I didn't have a fever and didn't get any worse, beyond being tired and feeling unwell. I hope it's just my body fighting off some respiratory infection successfully. J felt fine. I did spent the evening in his house, wearing a KN-95 mask and mostly staying out of his immediate proximity. We watched the most recent four episodes (the end of season 2) of an amusingly named anime show, As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World. Our young hero is indeed rising in the world, and he can indeed see people's "stats" when he looks at them, but the reason for his rise is his goodness and his confidence in the people he recruits to join his staff, who in return become very enthusiastic and loyal.
