"doing a phenomenal job"

Tonight for practice, D's League team played against Boise State, which live-streamed the event. D. and I gawked over their setup as we watched the event just before theirs. Someone at Boise State must have very deep pockets! They had a professional-looking "arena," with high-quality "casters" (and I'm told they're going to put the team up in three hotel rooms when they visit later in the month, rather than sticking them in a big dorm room or the like).

Anyway, so they played, and our team lost 0-2, but I had a lot of fun listening for whatever the main caster might say about D. After he pronounced D. "very, very impressive" at one point in game 1, I started taking notes. My favorite was to hear that he's "doing a phenomenal job, it doesn't matter what champion he's playing, he's in the right place at the right time." Warms a mom's heart, it does!
