Visitors

Today J's parents arrived, having left Chicago on the Wednesday train, so they're still on Central Time. Usually when they visit us they've been at the Grand Canyon or Disneyland first, but this time they went to bed much earlier than expected, and J. and I are just sitting around relaxing. I finished reading The Brandons by Angela Thirkell, and he's playing Slay the Spire. Earlier there was much scrubbing and grocery-shopping, and then when J's parents had arrived, D. let me know his team's practice was being streamed, so we watched that a bunch.
