A Friday evening
Feb. 10th, 2017 10:49 pmI'm sitting on J's couch, reading an Agatha Christie novel called, Why Didn't They Ask Evans?, while J. naps in his comfy chair. Last night he stayed up super-late to finish the final Temeraire novel, then after work he went to Friday Magic, but he was home around 7 and ate the quesadilla I'd picked up for him before drifting off to sleep in his chair.
As for me, I realized around 5 p.m. that I really wanted to read the fifth Hillerman book, so I rushed down to the library before closing, but it was checked out. I then went to Tsunami books, which had all the Hillerman books besides The Blessing Way back in October, but now (although they did have The Blessing Way) they didn't have the fifth one. This Agatha Christie book seems fine, though. My friend CC had posted a review of it to Goodreads last summer.
