Disneyland
Aug. 6th, 2016 10:24 pmMuch of D’s exciting trip to Disneyland has gone very well – they had a lot of fun, and he loved Space Mountain! Then he lost his wallet, though, and a bird defacated on J’s shoulder, and then they went on a ride that made D. feel ill, so, bleh.
As for the wallet, it’s too bad about the money in it, and having to replace the bus pass and the wallet itself (a birthday gift) and possibly all the locks on my doors, but the really stressful part is worrying about whether TSA will let him on the plane with only the photocopy of his ID that, thankfully, J. is carrying. The alternative is renting a car and driving for two days, or taking a 25-hour train ride.
