Migraine, day three

I think I’m doing better than the last two days. I’m past the actual headache stage, and I was fine with D’s clarinet lesson, even though they mostly worked on very high notes. Also, whereas yesterday and the day before, I had an abrupt and overwhelming need to nap for a full hour in the evening, today I had an abrupt and overwhelming need to nap for only half an hour. And then after today’s nap, I was able to go to the Mexican restaurant and be sociable, instead of wanting to stay wrapped up in a blanket for hours. Progress, for sure!
