Clarinet teacher

Today D. had his first lesson with one of the main clarinet teachers locally, a woman who is also in the local symphony. She's both calm and enthusiastic. I hope this will work out well! She was impressed with the ease with which he started working to switch from his favorite old fingerings to the ones she thought were situationally better; she was also impressed with his sense of rhythm, which he gets from his dad, not from me.
