J’s house purchase closed today, and just after 6 p.m., Susan brought over the key. (J. did a bit of weeding while we waited for her – home ownership!) D. explored the whole house, having not been inside before, then we sat around on the livingroom carpet and ate our pizza.
J. and I went back over a few minutes ago and gave some thought to what-goes-where. Probably the green bedroom will be his office, then the rose bedroom will be the guest room, and the office, adjacent to the livingroom, will be the library. The view from the eastern upper rooms is pretty in the day and especially nice at night. He certainly needs a lot more furniture, but his parents will probably be very comfortable when they visit.
