Not quite lazing on a Sunday afternoon
Mar. 2nd, 2014 09:08 pmToday was D’s big Magic tournament in Corvallis. He finished 27th out of 166 – J. was 42nd with his borrowed deck, and D’s friend DH was 50th. Pretty good! D. won six packs.
Meanwhile, I sketched out designs for templates for four of the types of pages I’ll need in the website we’re writing for work. I’m sure our contractor’s graphics designer can make them better, but it feels better to have written up some first thoughts. I also looked at an interesting house for sale, renewed some UO books, watched a Doc Martin episode and A Touch of Mink (which I hadn’t seen in years), and went on an evening walk with Chong, who’s returning to Korea in three months. So I did get some “weekend” in, after all.
