Summer... slipping by, as usual

It’s already halfway over, and not only did I not get my moralization paper off to the journal yet, I certainly haven’t made much progress on my book draft. I have to remind myself that I’ve been learning a lot of useful things, and I’ve been sick more than usual. We’ve also been to the pool only once, and my major cleaning projects have been stalled for weeks. Oh well! Adjusting expectations time.
