It’s blackberry season!

We’ve now reached the one month in the year that I don’t mind their flagrant abuse of hospitality, though I do get my arms shredded trying to keep access to the berries, and I do feel embarrassed at the huge stout canes newly reaching over the fence into the neighbors’ yard. Also they’re hiding the heat pump again, though it’s nowhere near as bad as last year. Free fruit, though!
