If you're a U.S. citizen, and if you haven't done so already, vote! How often can you have the pleasure - the thrill, even - of knowing you're participating in a historic event, one that could very well mean a lot to people all around the world? Go do it!

We voted on Wednesday. Oregon is entirely vote-by-mail. R. turned in our ballots on the way home from getting burritos. I kind of wish I'd done it myself, though - stuffing the ballot through a slot feels more substantial than coloring in a bar or sealing an envelope.
