eve_primeLast night after we'd given up on trick-or-treaters, I went out to buy some bread and D's favorite frozen lunches. The first store I went to was out of my preferred bread, but they did have a tall male checker dressed like this:
So I went a few blocks down the street to another store. They did have one loaf of the bread (hidden behind a different type of bread), but I had to wait a while to buy it, as the checker was involved in a conversation with another store employee who happened to be buying groceries (both likely older than I am). The topic was which cannabis extracts were the best for their health. One preferred CBD, while the other preferred CBD in combination with THC.
(Seriously, only in Eugene. Or maybe Berkeley.)
