Day 924: My neighbor is back

The wife of my late neighbor Hiram has returned, after spending more than a year living with her daughter and waiting for surgery (which she says still hasn't happened). Her mobility is limited - she has MS and needs to use a walker to get to the store, and also she doesn't drive and doesn't have a car. I think it's going to be pretty challenging for her! She's going to resume living in her RV on the street, as the house is too much of a mess.

This week's movie was Hook, which I hadn't seen before. I liked some parts, others not so much.

We tried again to buy paint for J's deck, but the guy we spoke with before didn't bother entering J. into the system, and the woman today didn't understand what we need. While J. was waiting to see if she could figure it out, I went to see if my bread was back in stock - nope.

We're going to have three days of warm, sunny weather! Could be perfect for painting the deck, if it happens...
