Day 901: I keep thinking it's Saturday

eve_primeToday J. had his final follow-up visit with the plastic surgeon for his skin cancer surgery. He's doing fine, and he also acquired some gory photos of the event (that is, he asked for them; they weren't forced on him!).
I brushed Ambrose a bunch - I'd guess I got about two hundred burrs off of him, though there are many dozens (hundreds?) still tangled on his underside. He loves being brushed!
Oh, and I got a final tax refund check for my mom's estate. I'm glad they're doing something - I hope they get to my 2021 tax refund soon...
