Auditions done

eve_primeTonight was the night for the woodwinds, brass, and percussion auditions for the youth orchestras. D's audition was early; it was fun to chat with people I've known for a while, too. Long day, though. I did feel better than yesterday, thankfully.
Tomorrow I have to go get my retinas checked out again; this is just a recheck, but it's still tiresome because the actual appointment takes like an hour and a half, and then my eyes are even more sensitive to light than usual for the rest of the day and I have to hide inside (and avoid this particular laptop, for example).
