eve_primeToday we went to the Lowe's store with a long list and bought a bunch of stuff. I learned a lot more about miniblinds, and it was fun to see all the options, but we were able to buy a plain off-white one for J's bathroom window that was amazingly cheap, like $6 or something. We also had fun picking out a stepping stone to set into the middle of his strawberry bed so it's easier to reach all the berries.
On the other hand, now my other eye is having the arcing peripheral light thing, so I should probably go back to the eye doctor tomorrow to make sure this one doesn't have a retinal tear as well. This kind of eye exam is not fun, and the idea that both of my eyes may be having structural problems beyond normal myopia is stressful.
I did write a full outline for my proposal tonight, though - it's good to keep in mind the positive things.
