Overdid things?

After two productive meetings at work, J. and I went out for my current favorite dinner (the muffuletta sandwich and shoestring onion rings at Agate Alley Bistro), then we had a fire in the fireplace and watched an anime episode and used the hot tub. I've been drinking lots of water but still feel a bit overheated.
