Muffaletta!

I just had the most delicious dinner. We were at the Agate Alley Bistro, and I impulsively ordered the muffaletta, because I am so fond of tapenade. Wow! Wonderful! Altogether it had smoked ham, prosciutto, provolone, mozzarella, tapenade, arugula, and a dijonnaise spread on toasted ciabatta. As a side I had some delicate shoestring onion rings with a peppery batter.
We were able to sit outside to eat because it was surprisingly warm today and still around 60F at 7 p.m. J. had just finished the SAS certification exam. One privilege of being a middle-aged middle-class white woman is that I don't look like a security risk - they let me into the building after hours to wait while he finished it. I appreciated that.
