eve_primeOne of the most annoying things about growing older is having to put a rein on my love of salt. It's not that my blood pressure is a problem -- I have an enviably good and stable blood pressure level -- but rather, it's the pre-menopausal migraine thing. Salt leads to dehydration, which is one of the top migraine triggers. Maybe when I'm an old lady I can indulge in salt properly again.
