A cool thing about watching football

eve_primeWell, really, there are lots of cool things about watching the Ducks play #5 Michigan State, even if they end up losing. The game was exciting, and they nearly won it even though I didn’t seriously expect them to have a chance to do so. Michigan State’s uniforms are a very attractive shade of dark green, rather nicer than our shade of dark green. We had new players do very well, and we’ll be following those names all season.
The thing I especially like about watching football, though, is all the other stuff I can get done at the same time. I sorted through a bunch of D’s school papers from last year, I read lots of my newspaper backlog, and I wrote a new outline for my “purity and motivation” paper – all without missing any plays!
