Onwards! Faster, faster! Um.

Today I finally got a big chunk of time (thanks to waking up super-early) to work on remaining details for the assessments (surveys) that go with my upcoming study, along with some remaining graphics issues. And then, finally, finally! I got to turn my attention back to this genocide control case paper. Good grief is there a lot left to do. I don’t even yet know if they want to see this manuscript; if they’d say so, that would help with the adrenaline to keep going. Today I did pretty well, though. I still have to... rewrite everything we’ve already written and identify gaps, finish reviewing books about the Partition of India, think more about the figure I came up with today for my new model, code and analyze the data (ha!), and learn more about theories of when particular facets of a person’s group identities becomes more salient. Ideally all within the next two weeks, so G. will have time to give input on the draft before the deadline. Good thing I’m a relatively fast writer (and thinker, when not distracted).
Dinner was simple but delicious: beer-cheese soup, toasted sourdough, honeycrisp apple.
