Now I’m looking at the particulate graph for our neighborhood, and I see that the peak level is around 6 p.m. daily, so I should definitely not be walking in the early evening. The lowest levels are midnight to 6 a.m., but since I’m waking up with my head all stuffy and urgh around 7 or 8 a.m., I guess the cumulative effect is also getting to me. The latest stagnant air advisory lasts through Friday; this is only Sunday.
