Added: This evening, Thor invented a new version of Fetch. R. and I were watching TV on separate couches, at angles a few feet apart, and Thor took turns bringing his* caterpillar toy to each of us, so we could alternately toss it away for him to fetch. Very equitable.
*Formerly Lillian's, and I think originally Robin's, caterpillar toy.
