HealthRaisers: My Plan

Our annual health and wellness campaign is starting up at work. This year I'm teamed with Z. and two women whose offices are near hers. Everyone picks meaningful changes or challenges from a big list, and we earn points for each day that we meet them, plus other one-time points. Then we do these things for 12 weeks and earn prizes! Here's my plan:
Physical Activity: Walking or gardening 30 min/day, five days a week = 10 points/week.
Diet & Nutrition: Eat at least five fruits and vegetables, seven days a week = 7 points/week.
Lifestyle Activity: Stress reduction session 20 min/day, and hmm let's try for three days a week = 3 points/week.
Previous HealthRaisers campaigns have trained me to track these things better than they've trained me to do these things. I'm doing better at getting enough fluids these days (71% of days in 2008) than I am at the five fruits and vegetables (64%), so I'll work on the latter. This really shouldn't be so hard, since I count my two cups of calcium orange juice. I'll work on having more fresh fruit and salad fixings on hand.
I've only gotten 30 min of exercise on 33% of days in 2008, even though I've been sick less often than usual. Monday is my day to take things easy, and I'll take another day off each week too, depending on when I'm most tired or busy. (No, I do not get a lift from exercise when I am very tired; I fall apart from exhaustion instead.)
I've only done stretching seven times in 2008, and not for 20 minutes, so this is essentially an addition. My plan is to do some TV yoga or t'ai chi, three days a week: Mondays, and how about Wednesdays and Fridays? My backup plan, if I don't do that before evening, is to use online audios for guided relaxation, which I had to find recently for a work project.
We also get points for writing down our goals and sharing them with others, so, here you have it!
