Friday fun

Today was excellent for recreation. For our Friday movie night, we watched Bubble, a beautiful anime movie with a “Little Mermaid” story set inside a near-future Tokyo, which has been enveloped in a potentially menacing bubble, and also there’s a major parkour theme. After that, my young friend MN, who lives next door, dropped a some delicious cherry-raspberry pie that she’d baked, and then we watched something like six episodes of A Certain Scientific Railgun S, which we’d seen long enough ago that there was plenty to rediscover. We finished the major arc where our heroine is having to handle a major crisis pretty much on her own.
