Day 917: Better, and... itchy?

Last night as I settled down to sleep, the skin on my upper arm and back was abruptly quite itchy, though that subsided, and then I sleptt quite soundly, yay. Then today I did a bit more walking than yesterday, and where the edge of my capri pants touched my leg I again became quite itchy. This happened several times. Another symptom to investigate! I looked online, and itching generally isn't associated with food poisoning (except from fish). People can get it with viruses, though, both norovirus (which I'd thought was a likely suspect anyway) and... COVID. Apparently about 20% of COVID people report itchy skin or related problems like hives.

So even though my test was negative, I should still be careful. I spent a couple hours in J's house this evening but wore a KN-95 mask. We finally got to see The Cat Returns! I actually own a DVD of it, a gift from D, but we weren't ready to watch it right away and it seems to have disappeared into some pile of stuff.

D's spending the night at his dad's house tonight, coming back tomorrow, then spending tomorrow night there too. He's dog-sitting. I think his dad his visiting his 99-year-old mother who's been in hospice for nearly a year.
