I loved the way our planets and moon were so beautifully lined up tonight (around 1:30 am) along the elliptic: Saturn due south, then Jupiter, then Moon, then Mars rising in the east. They aren't really equidistant - the distance between Jupiter and Saturn is nearly twice the distance between Jupiter and the Moon - but they make a really nice line. If it were much later, following the line toward the eastern horizon would show Aldebaran next, not that it's on the elliptic but it looks that way.
