Day 663: Eighty Days with David Tennant

I've only watched the first 15 minutes of the new series of Around the World in 80 Days, but I can already tell that it's going to be great fun. The opening credits are clearly inspired by the amazing Game of Thrones credits, but it seems quite appropriate. And when I started watching, I had no idea the lead would be played by David Tennant! His men's club rival is played by the actor who did one of the Poldark villains.

In other news - D. was scheduled to get his booster shot today, at noon. I noticed that he was out, and by 12:30 pm he was back in his room, settled down at his computer. I didn't check on him until late afternoon - I figured his arm would be sore by then, at a minimum. Turned out that he didn't get his booster today. The store had run out of vaccine! He's supposed to just show up on Tuesday and hope they have some.
