Book completed

The Beautiful Mystery, by Louise Penny. Inspector Gamache number... eight? This one has no scenes in Three Pines at all, or Montreal for that matter - it's entirely in and near a remote monastery in northern Quebec, and it's about Gregorian chant.

Also today I worked a bunch on the grant proposal, which I think is in pretty good shape now. I also realized that my income was so low that with D's allergy shots, I might be able to itemize medical expenses on my state taxes, for once. Turns out I get an extra $70 back, which is nice.
