So tired!

Today I got to chat briefly with a local composer, though. Sometimes when you see people in two contexts it can take a while to make the connection. This particular man wrote a piece that was performed by the Delgani String Quartet - I saw the premiere, and I have it on a CD. He also writes classical concert reviews for our local newspaper. And he also works at the circulation desk of the university library, and I realized a few months ago that I knew who he was. Today when I went in to renew some books there was no line at all - very few students are around - and I told him I owned a CD with some of his music on it. He was pleased that I'd made the connection, and we chatted a bit.
