Good old proposal. It's in much better shape now, much better. Aside from the final reference list, it could probably be submitted as is. I'm glad to be at this point.

Samantha probably had her kittens on April 5th, because that's when I last saw her, after midnight when it had just turned the 5th. She returned for food today, _very_ eager.
