The Christmas countdown

The days are spent rushing about, trying to finish buying and making all the gifts, putting up all the decorations, doing all the cleaning, all the wrapping, all the hassle. It sure seems like there's a lot left to do. At some point I hope to spend some time remembering Baby Jesus.

D. is on winter break. Today he and his girlfriend went to a big party at their friend M's house. They revealed the identities of their Secret Santas and completed a gift exchange begun earlier in the week. Then they played a board game called "Secret Hitler." The party lasted six hours, and he's headed back there at noon tomorrow to play Magic.
