And back again

J. and D. played more Magic in Portland, including a Two-Headed Giant tournament where they went 3-1 and won 20 packs each. Meanwhile I got a fair amount of work done! They drove home, arriving around 11:30 p.m., then D. resumed the process of finishing his big senior paper. We had the usual "fun" with the printer - the first time he printed it there were no page numbers, so he edited the file and tried twice more, but the printer only wants to do its job once, so we had to restart it twice to get the other two copies to print. Neither of them had page numbers either. Then he discovered he'd apparently left his favorite dark red shirt in the hotel. J. had already gone back to check the room thoroughly and found the grey shirt he'd left, but didn't notice the dark red one. Blah, oh well. I'm glad they're home safe and sound.
