Homebodies

Today we did not go to Science Pub, although it would have been cool to learn how the Nature Conservancy is helping our river and watershed. Instead, we sat outside and read. I'm on the 12th (or so) of the Amelia Peabody books; this time they're in Palestine rather than Egypt. J's reading the first in Stephen King's fantasy series. The water feature in the corner of his yard isn't working, but there are fall crocuses in bloom all around there.
