Tuesday update

Today I went to a small meeting at work where we learned that the university is interested in buying our building, which won't affect our lease. I then bought three Elizabeth Peters books at the used bookstore, some groceries, and some nice blue shoes that I hope my feet will break in quickly. J. and I had dinner outside the Taphouse downtown, and then it was time for book club, at K's, and it was nice enough to sit outside. We barely discussed the book, even less than usual, but we did admire LO's ring from her first marriage, and I spent most of the evening petting and cuddling with a very sweet, old, blind Siberian husky named Bonny.
