Summer for sure

Today was plenty hot, 90-something, though the weekend days are going to be 100-ish, we're told. I was fairly productive work-wise, then J. came home and we had sandwiches outside then read in the shade. I started Leo Africanus by one of my favorite authors, Amin Maalouf, and J. is reading Grimspace. Then he resumed playing Ori and the Blind Forest and I've beenwatching and doing some work. He went in the dark and interesting area and learned the "dash" skill; now he's trying to make use of it in other parts of the map.

I expect I'll hide inside tomorrow and Sunday - good thing for air conditioning!
