Sick + productivity regardless + serendipity

I woke up sick today – what a nuisance! I stayed home, which was okay. I even chaired the first meeting of our youth orchestra’s committee to revise our antiquated bylaws. The rest of them were in an office downtown, and I was here on my bed, on the phone. I also outlined an article that JG thinks I should write, and I finished my second reading of The Goblin Emperor.

I won a book! Tor was having a contest to win a galley proof of Too Like the Lightning by Ada Palmer, which is scheduled for publication on May 10th, and I’m one of the winners!
