Humbaba art

One thing that’s very different about high school today compared to “back in my day” is the prevalence of art projects in non-art classes. D. is planning to spend about two hours on his etching of Humbaba to illustrate a scene from Gilgamesh after he finishes his math. Of course it's already almost 11 p.m. and he has to get up in 7 hours, but...

Update: It turned out he could postpone Humbaba art for a day, and he ended up doing a poster of a Rumi quote instead. Glad I had a handy book of Rumi.
