Three good things

Today, I...

• Took a few more steps toward the possible funding of my “serious game” mobile app for quitting smoking. They might fund it in February, but meanwhile I think we need to submit the whole thing again in case they don’t.
  
• Had a fun meeting in Barry’s deli (nice corn chowder with cilantro) with the exec. director of the youth symphonies to talk about revising the bylaws and such.
  
• Had a manuscript accepted for publication (!) pending the removal of a stray period in a middle of a sentence in the Abstract. They’d changed their manuscript portal so it took half an hour to resubmit it, but, whatever.
