This evening I went to a UO talk by Ambassador Princeton Lyman, on the history of U.S. government interventions to try to prevent mass atrocities/genocide. Afterwards, G. introduced me to Greg Stanton, whose model of genocide stages we use all the time in our research.
Today was kind of hectic – I worked on the cost analysis paper until it was time to send it on to a co-author, then I dug grass roots out of the flowerbed until I was worn out, then I worked on writing up my ideas for revising that “serious game” grant proposal.
