New Year’s Eve

Happy new year, y’all. We didn’t go to a party this year. Instead, we watched the first hour of the first episode of Firefly, to get D. properly acquainted with all of the main characters of the show (including, especially, River), and then we played J’s new Firefly version of Clue. Inara betrayed River to the Alliance with the six-shooter in the engine room, if I recall correctly. Then D. and I played a two-player version, and then they ate chocolate fondue.

I have a plan for a really fancy and fun New Year’s Eve party next year. With luck, I’ll avoid a repeat of this year’s stomach flu, as well.
