Famous, apparently
Oct. 18th, 2014 08:22 pmJ’s employer administers the Medicare and Medicaid for our county (for those outside the US, this is federal health insurance for low-income people and senior citizens). While we were at the Mexican restaurant, tonight, first he heard the woman at the table behind him complaining about them to her companion – it sounded like she was a mental health provider who wanted more discretion than she was getting, maybe? Then, and probably entirely independently since it was pretty quiet in the restaurant, the man at the table behind me started telling his family about them, too – it sounded like he was a naturopath who wanted to supplement other physicians’ primary care services one day a week, and he didn’t like their contract. (I hadn’t before heard it pronounced with a long “a” for nature, rather than a short “a” for natural.)
I guess the upside is that they’re getting that “brand recognition” they’ve been hoping for?
