Minor milestone

Today I submitted the first of my two dissertation papers to a journal, yay. It had been ready for at least a week, but I hadn’t gotten around to it. My goal for the summer had been to get four particular papers submitted, so this is the first. Another has been sitting on a co-author’s desk for about three weeks. A third has been getting input from the co-authors this week, and I just now sent the fourth to the same team for feedback.

Huh! I guess that means that none of the four is currently in my court. It’s back to writing website content for me.
