Highlights!

• The new mockups of the web pages for my study at work are gorgeous! The creative director of our contractor took what I’d designed and did her magic to them, and I am so impressed!
  
  
• After the meeting, J. and I went on a walk (we work in adjacent buildings, between the university and the river), and this time we went to the duck pond, where there were barely any ducks, but on the way back, he noticed that some creature was scurrying about beneath last year’s oak leaves, right beside the millrace path. So we watched the leaves rustle for a minute or two, then out bounded a mouse, so cute! Meanwhile, behind us was a small downy woodpecker, looking for food on the lawn beneath the oaks – J. got a couple of pictures before it disappeared.
  
  
• And since J. was sleepy and went home really early, I have more than an hour to get more work done tonight.
