Mar. 17th, 2014 08:47 pmToday I was so sleepy that I left my phone on my computer desk at my office. Good thing J. works in the building next door – he collected it and brought it home for me.
Later, the white kitten, Ajani, was curled up on J’s shoulder as we sat on the couch together. I finally finished the draft of dissertation paper #1 and turned to J, announcing with some excitement that it was done. Ajani turned and made eye contact with me, then stretched out his right foreleg in my direction. High five, kitten!
