Why not spoil her?
Apr. 10th, 2013 07:00 pmToday at the chemo visit, Lillian was sufficiently healthy that the vet declared her “stable” and discussed diet with us. Normally with gastrointestinal lymphoma cats can barely eat or keep anything down, so she doesn’t usually talk about diet, but Lillian, ha ha, has no such problem. I’d brought in some journal articles about low-carb, high-protein diets helping reduce tumor growth in humans (and poor, sad, laboratory mice), and the vet agreed that this might help her. Tomorrow I’ll go look for a cat food brand called EVO. Wow, she could be eating duck and venison!
