Cauliflower tacos!

Cauliflower and red onion tacos with cotija cheese are delicious, but messy to eat and a bit tricky for the digestion, or maybe it was the combination with orange juice.

Also with dinner I finished re-watching the 1950 version of King Solomon's Mines, which I always like, except for the first scene.

I'm probably in good shape for getting the proposals done on time, although H. is headed to Hawaii this weekend, and our subcontractor is now in Central America.
