Now I’m not worried about the math

D’s teacher is on top of it. Although all the kids in the class are doing the same thing, the things they’re doing do include the sixth grade concepts. It’s too bad that most of the kids are feeling frustrated with things like finding the surface area of cylinders, but at least the few who are ready for it are getting it. (And D. was pretty excited about getting to start using π!)

I do like walking at night in the rain, but I wish I had some sort of waterproof footwear...
