Getting there?

I finished the first draft of my prelim paper. It is, as expected, absurdly long.* The next step is to get umm 75 papers back out again so I can fill in some of the gaps before I pass it along to G. for his thoughts. Well, at least a few dozen of them.

* It could be a book at this point, if it were a lot more (a) interesting and (b) conclusive. As it is, not many people would want to read a review of the literature accompanied by two models and my ideas on future research directions.
